NAVIGATING CAREER CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF THE ENERGY TRANSITION
This course is for geoscientists & engineers who:
• want to boost or switch career
• take responsibility for their own professional development
• are prepared to deal with anticipated changes.
Esther Bloem, Lucia Levato, and Gwenola Michaud, geoscientists and professional coaches, designed this coaching program to empower participants to plan activities, start changes, and track progress toward defined career goals. Participants will gain self-awareness, confidence, and control in order to more effectively mobilize their strengths towards their next professional goal in alignment with their values. The collaborative environment encourages soft-skills development and the emergence of a peer-learning community.
Over the course of five weeks, the program comprises six online meetings that include group coaching centered on previous week's experiences and presentations explaining the self-paced activities for the upcoming week. A printable activity book with instructions for weekly independent exercises is provided.
